generate a file for each cluster you would like to display
     for example 'cluster100'
in the file you should list all genes that are classified
to that cluster, one line per gene. gene numbers start from 1.
for example, cluster100 can be the list
     134
     567
     1280
     2301
     2302
the script wil generate the file cluster100.vec and cluster100.ps
you can print the file cluster100.ps or view it with ghostview or gsview
