The sample prelim is a postscript file. To view it, you have a few options. On a mac, you can drop it directly into any postscript (most laser) printer. In DOS run copy p2a.ps lpt1 or copy p2a.ps prn. Your other option is to use Ghostview. Adobe Acrobat does not work! There will be installation intructions there.
