Policies
- Worried that you may be cheating? Here's the Cornell Computer Science
Department Policy on Academic
Integrity as well as Cornell's general Code
of Academic Integrity.
- All homework is due at the beginning of lecture. Assume that you
should submit your program and test output on hardcopy -- in addition to
electronic copies -- unless the assignment
specifies otherwise.
- You can retrieve your graded homework from the consultants' office (UP 304)
during their office hours.
- CUCS stationery for CodeWarrior can be found on last spring's CS100
web site.
- To request a regrade:
- If the code is already online (on CUCOON), you should submit the request via
CUCOON.
- If the code is not online (either it was submitted on floppy the first time or somehow CUCOON lost your
submission), you must make the request through the consultants:
- Create a written statement detailing what you believe needs regraded,
and why. Attach to your original hardcopy.
- Bring your regrade request and all other materials originally submitted
for the assignment to the consulting office.
- You must hand the request to the consultant on duty, in person,
before the time period for regrade requests expires for the homework.
- Your homework will be regraded. This may result in your grade
being adjusted up or down! In particular, frivolous requests will be
treated harshly. (Arithmetic errors in grading aren't considered frivolous
requests.)

page.
