Give the date and time. - Tuesday, Feb. 13, 7:30-9:00pm 3. Do you have a university-excused conflict for Prelim 1? If so, have you consulted with Laurie Buck in 303 Upson? - It depends.. 4. What happens if you are sick and have to miss Prelim 1? - First, I must submit the reason(s) (in writing) to the course instructor either before the exam or within a week after the exam. And I must take a comprehensive makeup exam during the last week of classes. 5. When and where is the review session for Prelim 1? - Sunday, Feb. 11, 3-5pm, Upson B17 6. Will you be able to retrieve your graded exam from the section for which you are registered? - Yes 7. Will your exam go to Carpenter Lab if it is not handed back in section? Approximately when will it arrive? - Yes. Friday, late afternoon for Tuesday exams. For the Prelim 2 (just before Spring Break), maybe a bit longer. 8. Who should you contact if your exam is not found at Carpenter AFTER the exams have been distributed there? - The grades are posted in Carpenter. If you don't have a grade listed amongst the others, contact Laurie Buck in Upson 303. 9. After you retrieve your exam, how do you file for a regrade, if necessary? - Go to the Carpenter within one week after return of the graded exam. Fill out a regrade request form and attach it to the exam. Submit it to the consultant.
