CS 6670: Machine VisionCross-Listing: Not cross-listed. An introduction to computer vision with an emphasis on discrete optimization algorithms and on applications in medical imaging. The following topics will be covered: edge detection, image segmentation, stereopsis, motion and optical flow, active contours, and the Hausdorff distance. Students will be required to implement several of the algorithms covered in the course and do a final project.
