CS 5450: Advanced Computer NetworksCross-Listing: Co-meets with CS 6450. This course examines advanced topics in computer network such as architecture, overlay and P2P networking, multicast, mobility, ad hoc networks, security, and extreme networking environments (fast, slow, big, long). While this is a seminar course where students read research papers, the papers chosen lean towards the practical, and in some cases industry standards are read.
