Status Transitioned to Ensim.		Network simulation is a very powerful tool for protocol design, network configuration and management, and network testing. In this work, we designed and implemented a highly-accurate user-space network simulator. The technology is described in this paper, and has been transitioned to Ensim, a startup company.
