Subject: Dublin Core Description of example

Dear all,

here is a simple Dublin Core description of the example.  Please note that
this description is unqualified, as the status of qualifiers for Dublin Core
is still in flux.  While this situation may be cleared up in the near
future, my prejudice leans towards using the DC 15 elements for simple
descriptions anyway.  Finally, rather than marking up the description using
HTML meta tags, I've just given simple attribute value pairs
