  1. First and Last Names: As read from the Cornell LDAP system corresponding to the inputted NetIDs.  If these entries are partially or completely missing please contact the CMSX Admin.

  2. NetID: Each NetID entry links to a grading page where you can view and edit grades for that student for all assignments.

  3. Each Assignment: Assignments are listed by Short Name.  Shows the student's current score for that assignment, or * if no grade has been entered yet.  Each entry links to a Grading page where you can view and edit the detailed grade data for that assignment.  You can also see a list of statistics for the assignment by mousing over Stats.

  4. Total Scores: This value is the sum of   (Student's Assignment Score / Maximum Assignment Score) * Assignment Weight   for all assignments

  5. Final Grades: You can set this value by choosing from the dropdown list, and update your selections by clicking Update Final Grades at the bottom of the table.

You can also upload a CSV file which contains columns labeled NetID and Final Grade where it says 'Upload Final Grades File' at the bottom of the table to update final grades.  (You can use an edited version of the table which you have previously exported).

You can also see students who have been dropped from your course by clicking the (show) link of the Dropped Students table.  At any time, you can re-enroll these students and they will maintain any grades and groupings they had previously received.
