The Orientation Czar organizes the orientation of incoming Ph.D. students in the fall. They are responsible for scheduling the various people who will be addressing the students, assembling the materials to be given the students, organizing meals for during orientation, and running the actual orientation. Usually there are two or three Orientation Czars. |
