The duties of the espresso czar and vice czar are as follows.
Espresso Vice-Czar:
- Clean the espresso machine (each vice-czar about once per week)
- Tidy and maintain espresso area (e.g., fill beans, wipe benches)
- Teach users how to use the machine.

Espresso Czar:
- All duties of a vice-czar
- Organize vice-czar cleaning roster
- Arrange for purchase of beans, cleaning supplies etc.
- Maintain espresso web pages, mailing list, etc.
- Arrange for maintenance or repairs as needed.
- Communicate with espresso users about safety and proper use.
