I am Robert Constable (rc@cs.cornell.edu). My inclination is toward the theoretical side, but I also have a background in programming and in working in large projects. Recently we are working on Nuprl , a project that involves a lot of experimental research.
We also hope to have some guest lecturers, who might include Stuart Allen, Chet Murthy, or Paul Jackson.
