Interactive WWW Documents.

The W3 browser parses a WWW document before displaying it. Emacspeak relies on this internal representation to provide the spoken rendering, rather than examining the visually displayed document. This fits well with the overall design of Emacspeak; it also enables Emacspeak to produce spoken feedback that would be impossible to generate by merely examining the screen.
