I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Computer and Information Science at University of Pennsylvania. My new homepage is here.
 

I completed my Ph.D. in the Computer Science Department at Cornell University  in August 2001. My advisor was Ronitt Rubinfeld. I got my B.S. degree from the Computer Engineering and Information Science Department at Bilkent University in 1996.

My research interest is Theory of Computation in general. In particular, randomized algorithms, sampling, statistical testing, property testing,  probabilistically-checkable proofs (PCP), are examples of my research topics.  You can find my papers below.
