• CIA:
  • A tutorial for CIA
  • A tutorial for dot
  • Getting CIA to work under Unix (this works now)
  • How to get CIA to work on the UGlab NT machines (this doesn't work yet)
• Java scanner/parser generators (similar to lex/yacc/flex/bison, but can generate tools in Java):
  • The Java Parser Generator from Sun, formerly known as Jack. Includes the tools JavaCC and JTree.
  • JLex: A Lexical Analyzer Generator for Java (from Princeton Univ.)
  • The CUP LALR Parser Generator for Java (from Princeton Univ.)
• The gamelan site which has lots of information on other programs written in java. This is worth perusing! Lots of publically-available source code!
  
  • Here is a link from this site that lists a bunch of development tools which you may find useful for the final project. Start looking now, so you know what's there!
