Old News:
- IMPORTANT: Some more stationery for P4D is now available.

- IMPORTANT: There was a typo in the solution for W5.3 . Take a
look at the updated solution. Remember to use RELOAD.
- IMPORTANT: The solutions for W6 have been posted.
- IMPORTANT: P3 is graded and available in Carpenter Hall.
- IMPORTANT: For information on P3 and the coming prelim, check
the newsgroup too, over the weekend. The newsgroup is :
cornell.class.cs100b .
- IMPORTANT: If you want a prelim 2 make-up, you should
send an e-mail to Dave
Hiebeler,
(hiebeler@cam.cornell.edu), stating your name, your phone number
and the reason you want an
alternate exam. You have to report this information by Friday, 10/17 .
- IMPORTANT: You will need to add the line "import
java.awt.*;"
to the beginning of the file containing the Ellipse class because
the draw() method requires an object of class Graphics as an argument and
methods of this object are used in the body of draw().
- IMPORTANT: The graded exams and solution guides are now
available through the Carpenter Hall Consultants.
- IMPORTANT: Template and stationery for Progr. Assign. 3 is now
available.
- IMPORTANT: Progr. Assign. 2 will be available Saturday
afternoon in Carpenter Hall.
- IMPORTANT: Progr. Assign. 3 will be available through
carpenter saturday afternoon.
- IMPORTANT: Review Session: Sunday night, 9/28, 7:30-9:00pm in

- IMPORTANT: Prelim 1: Monday night, 9/29, 7:30-9:00pm.

- IMPORTANT: If you want a prelim 1 make-up, you should

- There are new example programs!
- There are new template programs for programming assignment 2 !
- Note the change in the TA staff: Max Khavin replaced Rachit Siamwalla.
- In program P1A, "turn" specifies the angle turned to the RIGHT, not to
the left. You don't have to make any changes to the program. Don't worry
if the figure on the screen isn't EXACTLY like the one in the writeup.
