The original images used were one of Bane from The Dark Knight Rises and the image of Prof. Snavely included in the project skeleton. They are shown below:
The Mask
I used my program to extract the following mask from the Bane image:
Putting it Together
I used my program to extract the above mask from the Bane image. I then used Gimp to retrieve the piece of the image I was interested in from the Bane image, which was then pasted over the Prof. Snavely image. I used Gimp's built-in transformation tools (move, scale, rotate, perspective) as well as the brightness tool to make the object look more natural on Prof. Snavely's face. Finally I used the text tool built into Gimp to add text to the image.
