I am a PhD candidate in the Information Science program at Cornell University. I am part of the HCI group, and work under the supervision of Prof. Geri Gay. My main interests include research and design of interactive systems that facilitate collaboration and communication among users. My dissertation research involves understanding the dynamics of feedback provided by and through technology to team members. I am designing GroupMeter, a system to help teams reflect on their behaviors and to support research into fundamental issues of feedback, language, and teamwork process. I am also running empirical studies to understand the interactions between social processes in groups, their behavioral manifestations, and technology. |
